Arts Fiesta

On 6 Jul 2012, our students were immersed in a morning of fun at Arts Fiesta 2012. The objective was to provide opportunities for students to be exposed to various forms of the Arts in a fun and social environment. In addition, the Arts Fiesta served as a platform for students to have fun and play together and create memories in this common space of PJC.

The JC2 students were treated to an engaging talk on film appreciation by an expert in the field, Prof Ismail Talib from NUS. They were introduced to the concept of narratives and were equipped with another perspective to appreciate films better. On the other hand, the JC1 students participated in a wide range of activities, including dance workshops, exposure to performing arts forms, scrapbooking activities and a talk on lyrics appreciation. The dance workshops were particularly vibrant as students clearly enjoyed themselves.
